Pictavo is Leonard’s robust online yearbook page creation and project management tool. Pictavo can be
used on your desktop, laptop or mobile device using our cutting edge HTML5-based page designer. Thanks
to intuitive contextual menus, you can work on the go.
Leonard’s Pictavo allows you to manage your
school’s online and in-school yearbook and ad sales. Set-up online yearbook sales offers with pricing
tiers and student recognition and business ad sales. All online yearbook and ad sales are reported in
your sales dashboard, in-school sales can be entered into your sales reports and sales reports can be
generated showing who has purchased and if tagging names on the yearbook pages, report how many times a
student appears in the book and if they have purchased.
In Pictavo Community, you can order a yearbook,
purchase and design ads or share images. Along with ordering a yearbook online, parents, students and
businesses can design and purchase a yearbook ad, and what’s most important to the advertiser is that
they can choose an ad template or be creative designing from scratch.
